• 1- General
  These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Ruga website. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Ruga reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 2- Products
  Ruga offers ready-stock outdoor products available for purchase within Egypt only. We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.
• 3. Pricing & Payment
  All prices displayed on the website are in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) unless stated otherwise. Ruga reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
• 4. Shipping & Delivery
  Ruga currently delivers within Egypt only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control (5 - 7 business days). Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Ruga is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details.
• 5. Returns & Refunds
  Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition. Products with manufacturing defects or products that do not match the description may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection regulations.
• 6. Warranty
  Ruga products include a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or negligence Normal wear and tear Unauthorized modifications or repairs Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Ruga directly. Ruga reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
• 7. Intellectual Property
  All website content, including but not limited to logos, images, product designs, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Ruga and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
• 8. Limitation of Liability
  Ruga shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product.

  Any personal information collected through the website will be handled confidentially and used solely for order processing, delivery, customer support, and communication purposes.
